Privacy Policy

• Account details you give us: name, email, phone, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Order and delivery details: billing and shipping address, GSTIN when you add one, and the products you buy.
• Payment status from our banking partner. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking password.
• Support messages, and technical data such as browser type and pages you open, used to keep the store working.

• To create your account, take orders, pack and ship parcels, and issue GST invoices.
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, product news. You can stop marketing mail at any time.
• To prevent fraud, resolve complaints, and meet tax and legal record-keeping rules.

We share only what a partner needs to do their job: our payment provider to collect payment, and our courier to deliver the parcel. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires, or to protect our customers and the store.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember a guest bag or wishlist on this device, and store your delivery PIN. These are required to run the store. Clearing them signs you out and empties a guest bag.

Order, invoice, and tax records are kept for as long as Indian law requires. Account details stay until you ask us to close the account, except records we must retain. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request.

You can review and update your profile and addresses from your account. To access, correct, or delete other personal information, write to contact@vayuonesystem.com with the email on your account. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the store after that means you accept the updated policy.
