Refund Policy

You can cancel an order before it ships. Cash-on-delivery orders are cancelled at no charge. For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded once the cancellation is confirmed.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Keep the original box, accessories, and invoice. We arrange a doorstep pickup and send a replacement after inspection.

When a replacement is not available, or an order is cancelled before dispatch, we refund the amount to your original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5–7 working days after we approve the refund.

Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid to the bank account or UPI ID you share with our support team.

• Products with physical or liquid damage caused after delivery.
• Software, licences, and gift cards once activated or redeemed.
• Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or serial numbers.
