These terms apply when you browse or buy from VAYU ONE, operated by VAYU1 Systems Pvt. Ltd.. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds or, for cash on delivery, after we accept the order.
We may cancel an order if a product goes out of stock, a price is listed in error, or the delivery address is not serviceable. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by our banking partner. Cash on delivery is available for eligible products and order values, as shown at checkout. Coupons apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates from our courier partners. Please check the parcel at delivery and report visible damage or missing items within 48 hours.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty service is provided by the brand's authorised service centres under the brand's terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
